Man
is liable to the influence of the power of supernatural evil forces till one
receive the ‘presence of Almighty God in heaven’. These evil forces cause ill-health
in men and women -- physically, mentally and spiritually. As such, many men and
women have been trying their best to avoid or do away with the evil forces by
religions, rituals, tricks, such as animal sacrifices to gods or goddesses,
magic, black magic, and many other ways. But no one can be saved by religion, different
practices from evil forces and eternal condemnation, which is the result of
man’s sin (disobedience of God’s command).
Almighty
God, the Creator of every created being heard the crying of His created men and
women. He saw their helplessness and has mercy on them. At last, though He had
expelled man from His presence when the first man, Adam had disobeyed His command,
God sent His Son Jesus Christ as man, to teach men and women the Way back to
God and save the people of the world from their adversary, Satan, the chief of
all evil forces.
The
Bible tells us that God is love itself (1 John 4:8). Man is sinner (Romans
3:23) and is destined to die eternally (Romans 6:23). Sin creates every problem
in every area of man’s life – physically, mentally and spiritually. But God
loves us and want to save us. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to save us from
eternal condemnation (John 3:16-17).
Jesus
Christ lived a sinless life but bore our sins in His human body, was crucified
on the cross, died and buried. However, Satan could not defeat Him, death could
not hold Him. Jesus rouse on the third day and was taken up by His Father God
in heaven. He lives by the Holy Spirit in every men and women, who received Him
as personal Lord and Saviour. Praise be His name.
All
of us need Jesus Christ to live a peace, good and successful life here on earth
and live with Him eternally in heaven after dead. Call on Him in prayer, invite
Him to become your personal Lord and Saviour to forgive your sin and make you
God’s child. With all these in mind :
