Christmas is Celebration of God Becoming Man

God is love (1 John 4:8). God’s love is fully revealed in Jesus, who became man. We celebrate this God became ‘man’ in Jesus on Christmas day. The Bible says,“.. the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father (John 1:14).
John called Jesus “the Word” here and said that the Word (God Jesus) became flesh (man) and dwelt (lived) among us (Disciples and believers), full of grace and truth; we (Disciples) have beheld(seen/witnessed) his glory, glory as of the only Son(God the Son, Jesus) from the Father (God the Father ).

This God the Son becoming man is the displays of God’s love for us, as John says, " “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God sent the Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.” (John 3:16-17)
God love the people of the world so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to the world. God sent Jesus as man that any person believes in Him may be saved from eternal punishment but have eternal life.
Jesus was born, died and was risen from the death. In His death, Jesus has taken the punishment we deserved for our sins. Jesus paid the price in full, and we are free from condemnation when we accept that free gift of God’s, Salvation through Jesus Christ. "But God demonstrated His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
Therefore, celebrate Christmas for the glory of God.

God bless you.
