All people are unworthy to relate with
God. Because, God is Holy and man is filthy, sinful.
God is love. Man do not love God as God
love him. Man can not even love his own father, mother and children as god love
us.
This lack of God’s quality in man is due
to sin in man.
To relate with God closely, the sin in
him or her must first be removed.
When ‘sin’ in man is removed, man is said
to be ‘SAVED’ from ‘sin’ and its powerful influence.
But no man can saved himself or any other
man. Because, by nature man is sinful. How can sinner can save sinner.
Only ‘Divine’ power can save man from
sin. Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus is God, the Son. He became man and lived a
sinless life. He, as such was worthy to save man from sin. Jesus died on the
Cross more than two thousand years ago to save man from sin. In those days, the
world was ruled by Romans. The Roman government crucified the worst criminal ( who
were against the Roman government) on the Cross.
As God had foreordained, Jesus was
crucified on the Cross. This signify that Jesus died for all people, including
the worst criminal. All will be ‘saved’ only if he or she believed in Jesus and
received Him for his Lord and Saviour.
Therefore, man can be ‘saved’ from sin
and relate with the only true God only through Jesus Christ. The Bible says,
“In
him (Jesus Christ )we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of
sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us.
With all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the
mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect
when the times reach their fulfillment —to bring unity to all
things in heaven and on earth under Christ.” (Ephesians 1:7-10)
Hope you are already ‘saved’ and relate
with God. If so, thanks God everyday and tell others the way to be ‘saved’.
If you still did not received Jesus
Christ, received Him now. Call on Him in prayer. Confess your sin. Repent and
received Him for the Lord and Saviour of your life.
