You have body and soul. Your body has limited life on earth and will die some day. But your soul will not die when your body died. Your soul will have another life. When your body died, your soul will leave your body and will go to any one of two places – heaven or hell.
‘Heaven’ is the place where God live, His angels and children with eternal peace and joy.
‘Hell’ is a place of punishment, a lake of fire and is where Satan and all his followers will be punished for ever in the lake of fire.
You have life on earth now with your body. This is a preparation period for your next life. You have to prepare for your next life, which is eternal. You need to live life pleasing to God so that you may go to heaven.
Your soul knows your future. He will never give you real peace of mind and mental rest till you are fit to go to heaven after your body died. If you live ungodly life, your soul will never give you mental rest and peace of mind. You will never have satisfaction, whatever you have and achieved in life. You may gain the whole world. But you will never have true peace of mind and satisfaction, till your soul has direct relation with God and find assurance from God that you will have eternal life in heaven.
Many wealthy people seek more and more wealth and earned huge amount with properties even illegally. They want more and more even when they already have more than enough to enjoy life. Because, they are not satisfied and will never get satisfaction till their soul find ‘peace with God’. They will die without real enjoyment of their health, wealth and position on earth if they do not received God’s assurance of ‘Salvation from eternal condemnation in hell’. Their soul will never give them peace, rest and satisfaction but makes them wild.
This restlessness created every problem in life. One hit at another and another hit back. The trouble is boiling in the world, only because the soul in man is in fear of his future ‘torment in hell’, in the ‘lake of fire’.
Trying to solve this problems, many learned persons had tried and found ‘Religion’ and taught some rules to follow. But, none such religion brought permanent solution. If they have found, there must not be such trouble in the world.
The only way to have good relationship with God ,the only way to receive the assurance of God for eternal life in heaven is to have good relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus was born and lived in Judea more than two thousand years ago. Jesus is the Son of God. He is the only ‘way of to God in heaven’. All believed and follow Him faithfully have peace of mind and can enjoy life satisfactorily even with their limited wealth. Because, they have received the ‘assurance of God’ to go to heaven. They have full of hope for the future. Their soul know the glory of their future, spiritual life and give them peace and rest. Their respective soul has established good relationship with Eternal God.
The followers of Jesus Christ are called ‘Christians’. They are increasing daily in every country. They have turned the world upside-down. Christianity has the largest follower in the world and their population is added by God daily. There is no country without Christian today. The world becomes like ‘one great nation’ due to Christ.
Hope you are one among the saved people in Christ. If not yet, call Jesus in prayer. Invite Him to become your Lord and saviour. He will come to you if you genuinely call on Him. He will give you true peace and satisfaction in life when He entered and reign in your heart.
