“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”(Philipians 4:4-9)
Friends, do you have anything to “Rejoice in the Lord”? Recollect whatever you received today from God. Such as, ……at least you have life to praise God. You must rejoice because you are God’s child because of Jesus. May be some bad luck also happen to you, but you are still alive and can earn good luck by the grace of God. If you have done any mistake, you can still correct it, if failure, you can still try again! So, “Rejoice in the Lord always” as long as you have life.
God is watching us always as we watch actors and actresses in film. What do you feel by looking at gloomy person, always anxious, brooding over badlucks, weeping, sobbing, inactive, lethargic, lazy and sleepy! You will change the channel of your TV to a lively scence, happy, active and busy movies. God is watching us like that. That’s why, we must always be happy, active and lively! God like people who know how to be happy and do own duty with joyful heart. A gloomy mind never succed in doing any great things. We must always be thankful to God and thank Him for all His blessings.
