Be like children

God bless you, my friends as you observe ‘second day of the Passion week of Jesus’. Remember, after Jesus clean the Temple ‘ The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.  But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.

 “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.

“Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read,

“‘From the lips of children and infants
    you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?” (Matthew 21:14-16)

Friend, we must be like children! Children are very innocence - have pure mind,pure heart and simple character. Jesus praise children and tells us to be like children. They believe in God and believe all must be good and loving.  Therefore, true praise of God come out from their mouth.

When one receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, God forgive his sins and bless with the Holy Spirit. This person become God’s child. Such new believer, new ‘spiritually born again person’ becomes a new born baby  in God’s family. He has pure heart and innocence. He knows his weakness. He rely on God, depend on God’s guidance; always pray and praise the Lord.

In our social life, too, persons like children can associate with all and all like and love such persons. So, let’s always try to be like children as mention above. Let’s always pray to God for helping us be like that so that we may become what God wants be like for His children.
