CONFIRM YOUR SALVATION

You can confirm your salvation, if you are able to live a good and faithful life in God’s sight and men’s sight. But if you still can not live such life, you are not yet. You still need salvation.

This way you can know if a person is saved. There may also be expert speaker and teachers but not saved. Such a teacher or preacher may any time be able to be used by his adversary to mislead others.

Read,

“………..God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.  If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.”(1 John 1:5-10)

To be simple : ‘Light’ means ‘Godly, Holy, Good Nature’. ‘darkness’ means ‘ungodly, sin, wrong, filthy’. ‘Fellowship with God’ means ‘New Spiritual, saved life, become children of God’.
If you still can not live Godly life, sin is still controlling your life. If so, call Jesus in prayer. Tell Him your condition. Ask Him to save you and control and direct your life. Receive Him as the Lord and Saviour.
This is because, we are all weak. We can not live Godly life in our strength. When we receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour, the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. Then, God gives us the Holy Spirit to help us turn away from our old nature and live a new life in Christ.  Still living old nature means the Holy Spirit not living in us. In such case, you have to call on Jesus Christ.

May God bless you.
