Four basis truths of Gospel message

Friends, God bless you by studying His words from the Bible. Please read –
This is the Gospel message summarized in four basic truths:
(see peacewithGod.net):
Truth 1: God’s plan – peace and life
God created us in His own image (Genesis 1:27). We have the ability to relate to Him and the freedom to choose whether or not to love and obey Him. When God finished creating the world, He declared that everything in it – including people – was “very good” (Genesis 1:31).
Truth 2: Our problem – separation from God
When God created the first man and woman – Adam and Eve – He placed them in a beautiful garden and gave them one rule: they could eat of the fruit of every tree but one. Eating of this forbidden tree would mean spiritual death and eternal separation from God (Genesis 2:16-17). Unfortunately, Adam and Eve disobeyed (or “sinned”) and were separated from God (Genesis 3:22-24). Every human since then has also sinned (Romans 5:12). Without Jesus Christ, we all experience this separation from God.
Truth 3: God’s remedy – the cross
God did not leave us without hope. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross and rise again from the grave. When Jesus did that for us, He paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5-6). It is faith in Jesus Christ and not human effort that brings us to God. There is nothing we can do to earn our salvation. It is only by God’s grace that we can be saved (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Truth 4: Our response – receive Christ
God has provided the way back to Him, but we must accept it. We must admit that we are sinners and then be willing to repent. To repent means to change your thinking and the direction in your life. It means to turn away from sin and turn to Jesus Christ (Acts 3:19). By faith, we must trust that Jesus paid the penalty for our sin and receive Him as Lord over our lives. When we do, we become children of God (John 1:12) and are promised eternal life (John 3:16).
