“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.” (Hebrew 12:1-2a)
Do not let your weakness hinder you to walk with Christ. God knows your sin, guilty, weakness, and everything about you. But His love is greater than your shortcoming.
There may be ‘witnesses’ of, people talking about, your fault and inadequacy. God wants you to forget(throw off) your weaknesses only to disturb you, but take steps to grow in your faith and live Godly life by looking at your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Jesus loves you and died on behalf of you and give you ‘Salvation’, makes you God’s child. Always remember this ‘Love of God’.
To grow spiritually, read the Bible daily and always pray. Pray any time,anywhere, whatever you eat and do.
Remember, Jesus has already conquer the ‘world’ (ungodly, sin). The power of sin (satan) can not defeat Jesus Christ and believers of Jesus Christ as Jesus saved them from evil forces. God gives the Holy Spirit to followers of His Son, Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit protect believers from evil forces; guides and helps them live a godly life, do good works and helps them grow spiritually.
Do not depend on your strength, your adversary (Satan) will make you think, “I am not like other fellows. I am nothing, weak, have no good work, have no capacity like others”. You will find all your weaknesses, sin, fault and will never dare to take step forward.
Rely on Jesus Christ, the conqueror of sin and death.God gives the Holy Spirit to all believers when they received Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. The Holy Spirit protect believers and win evil forces, temptations, adversaries, problems and every disturbances for them. The Holy Spirit guide believers live Godly life, grow in faith, spiritually and help them do good works and be good persons.
Trust Jesus and take step every day relying on Him. He will never leave you and help you grow and live a blessed life. Read the Bible daily and pray all the time, everywhere, and take step, further step daily.
Remember : A step you take will let you shake off a weakness. Without taking step forward makes us draw backward. This is my experience in my life with Jesus Christ. So, take a step everyday, never allow yourself take backward step.
