God
loves everyone. He loves the whole world. As such, He send His Son Jesus Christ
that all who believe in Him may be saved. Read John 3:16-17:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but
have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to
save the world through him.” (John 3:16-17)
Those who do not believe Him
will be condemned forever. Read :
“Whoever believes in him is
not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they
have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” (John 3:18)
Jesus
wants us to love one another as He loves us. He “wants everyone to be saved and
to understand the truth” Read
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving
be made for all people— for kings and all those in
authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who
wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the
man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now
been witnessed to at the proper time. And for this purpose I was
appointed a herald and an apostle—I am telling the truth, I am not lying —and a true and faithful
teacher of the Gentiles. (1
Timothy 2:1- 7)
He “does not want
anyone to be perished” (2 Peter 3:9).
