Prayer is a Conversation With God

Prayer is a conversation with God. One part of a conversation is talking. The other part is listening. This is the privilege we have as Christian. Enjoy talking with God always.

God loves you.(1 John 3:1). He created you to enjoy a personal relationship with Him. Prayer is the best way to have constant fellowship with our Creator God. He wants you to talk with Him always. He wants you to tell Him about your condition regularly.
The more time you spend with Him, the better you get to know Him and the more you grow to love Him.

God wants to listen to you.(Psalm 34:15). God is your father in Heaven. He wants you to enjoy His blessings and the life He gives you.  He is interested in all your thoughts and feelings. He is interested in all your present condition, your hopes, dreams and everything about you (Psalm 139:1). Tell Him all your condition in prayer.

God wants to talk to you. (Isaiah 30:21) God wants to comfort you when you are feeling sad, lonely, worried, or afraid. He wants to see you are happy. He wants to help you when you have a difficult decision to make.  Tell Him your present condition, problems and what you need. Ask His help and constant fellowship.

Always pray and study His words, the Bible daily to get the blessings of God regularly.

GOD HAS CHOSEN YOU

The most prominent disciple of Jesus Christ, the Apostle Peter tells us that believers of Jesus Christ are chosen by God and sanctified by the Holy Spirit to obey our Lord and Saviour and be sprinkled with His blood. He wishes us, all believers that God will bless us with abundant grace and peace.
Read 1Peter 1:1-2 : Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To God’s elect, …….who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood:
Grace and peace be yours in abundance.”
Hope you have already received the gift of God for his chosen people ‘the children of God’ (John 1:12). If not yet, call on Jesus Christ in prayer. Admit that you are sinner, living far away from God. Realize that you are under the powerful influence of sin. Without Jesus Christ you are separation from God and will face eternally dead in hell. Confess your sin. Ask God to forgive you. Call Jesus to save you from sin and its consequences. Accept that Jesus died for your sin. Thank Him for the dead He died on the cross to save you from sin and its consequences. Confess that you accept Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. Invite Jesus Christ to become your King and direct your whole life. Pray the following prayer :
“Father in Heaven, I need You. I am a sinner to die eternally. Please forgive me and save me. I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for dying on the cross and saved me from sin and eternal condemnation. Now, I receive Him to be my Lord and Saviour, I invite Him to control and direct my whole life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.”
Write ‘Halleluiyah, Amen’ if you pray. May God bless you abundantly.

God Loves You and wants you to have fellowship with Him

God loves you. He wants you to have fellowship with Him. He wants to make you His child and bless you. He wants you to understand how much He calls you to have relationship with Him.
God created us in his image, “God created mankind in His image.”(Genesis 1:27) God has the hairs of your head numbered. Every moment of your life is watched by God.
“Indeed, the very hairs of head are all numbered.” − Luke 12:7

God loves you. He wants to help you. He understands your problems. He is sympathetic to your problem.
God sent His Son Jesus Christ from heaven to this earth to help you. Jesus Christ came to this earth to take your sins upon a cross.
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” − John: 3:16

Jesus Christ loves you and died in your place so that you may have fellowship with God forever.
 “God is love.” − 1 John 4:16
When Jesus Christ was nailed to that cross, He did that for you. That’s how much He loves us.
The Bible says, “I have loved you with an everlasting love.”
God loves you, and God has a plan for your life.

God Saved Daniel From Lion's Den

Darius appoint 120 satraps to rule throughout the kingdom, with three administrators over them, one of whom was Daniel. Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps by his exceptional qualities that the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom. At this, the administrators and the satraps tried to find grounds for charges against Daniel. They went to the king and said that the king should issue an edict and enforce the decree that anyone who prays to any god or human being during the next thirty days, except to the king  shall be thrown into the lions’ den. So King Darius put the decree in writing.

God Healed, Extended the Life of King Hezekiah 15 years More

King Hezekiah was the son of a wicked king Ahaz. But, King Hezekiah “…he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD…. (2 Kings 18:1-3) “He trusted in the LORD…, so that there was none like him among all the kings of Judah after him, nor among those who were before him.” (2 Kings 18:4-5)
In those days Hezekiah became sick and was at the point of death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came to him and said to him, “Thus says the LORD, ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die; you shall not recover.’” Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD, saying, “Now, O LORD, please remember how I have walked before you in faithfulness and with a whole heart, and have done what is good in your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly. (2 Kings 20:1-3)
And before Isaiah had gone out of the middle court, the word of the LORD came to him: “Turn back, and say to Hezekiah the leader of my people, Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father: I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the LORD, and I will add fifteen years to your life. I will deliver you and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria, and I will defend this city for my own sake and for my servant David's sake.” (1 Kings 20:4-6)
Praise the Lord.

How were people saved before Jesus died for our sins

By- Question.orgSince the fall of man, the basis of salvation has always been the death of Christ. No one, either prior to the cross or since the cross, would ever be saved without that one pivotal event in the history of the world. Christ's death paid the penalty for past sins of Old Testament saints and future sins of New Testament saints.
The requirement for salvation has always been faith. The object of one's faith for salvation has always been God. The psalmist wrote, “Blessed are all who take refuge in him” (Psalm 2:12). Genesis 15:6 tells us that Abraham believed God and that was enough for God to credit it to him for righteousness (see also Romans 4:3-8). The Old Testament sacrificial system did not take away sin, as Hebrews 10:1-10 clearly teaches. It did, however, point to the day when the Son of God would shed His blood for the sinful human race.

The Incarnation of the Word of Life

“ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched —this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.

We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete.”( 1 John 1:1-4)
When you receive the ‘New Life in Jesus Christ’ you will soon be able to see, touch, feel, and experience’ the Truth about this ‘Life’ and be able to say like John,
