Receive Eternal Life From God

1.God Loves You:
God loves you. He wants you to receive His blessings always. He wants you to live with Him for ever. But you can not always receive His blessings because you have no perfect relationship with Him. Many Christians claim to have good relationship with God. But many Christians are nominal Christian. To receive God’s help always, you must become a true Christian. One becomes true Christian only when he has a perfect personal relationship with God.
So, let’s see the Bible how can we have a perfect personal relationship with God.

2.Sin Separates You from God:
God is Holy and perfect. We are far from perfection. We are corrupt in thinking, action and living life. So, we are far behind the quality of God. God is the Creator of everything, including you and me. God created us to be like Him. He wants us to be holy in thinking, action and way of living life. He wants us to obey Him and follow His instruction always. But, we think, do and live in our pleasure and do not care about God’s instruction. This means we ‘disobey’ God or ‘sin’ against God. Thus, ‘sin’ makes us live far away from God. The Bible says :
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).
Living far away from God left us unable to receive the abundant blessing of God. We, sinner can not remove ‘sin’ from our blood, mind and soul (heart). We need a sinless person to remove ‘sin’ in us so that we may have relationship with God.
Jesus to remove the barrier of sin and bridge the gap between us and God.
3.Accept Jesus Christ:
I have Good News! God sent his Son Jesus to live a perfect, sinless life and die in our place.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[b] Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23).
Jesus has already paid the penalty for your sin and offers a full pardon (forgiveness). This is a gift, not something you have to earn by being good. Like any gift, it is free; all you have to do is accept it and make it your own.
4.Become a Child of God:
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.” (John 1:12).
Have you accepted God’s forgiveness offered to you through Jesus’ death on the cross? If yes, then according to scripture you are a child of God. You are a Christian because of your belief. Welcome to the family!
If you have not accepted Christ, what’s stopping you? Today is the day of your salvation! Don’t wait!
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
Pray right now, confess your belief in Jesus, and receive his forgiveness and salvation.
5.Live a Peaceful Life :
To live a peaceful life, we God’s help and blessing.  To receive the true blessing of God, one must receive ‘the forgiveness of sin’.
To  receive the forgiveness of God, we need repentance.  To repent, we need to recognize our sin. When we recognize our sin, we must humbly confess our sin to God. Then, thank God for His forgiveness, and ask Him for the Holy Spirit to help us live a godly life. Only then, one can receive the constant help of God.
The fact is : We all think, act and live against the will of God. This is sin. God knows us very well. That’s why the Bible says, “All have sin and become short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23)
“If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.” ( I John 1:8-9)
Believe God and believe what His word says in the Bible. Accept that you are sinner. Confess in prayer that you are sinner and ask God to forgive you.
Pray, “Lord, please forgive me. I am a sinner.  I need You to control and direct my life. Be my Lord and Saviour. In Jesus name, Amen”
If you pray like this, you will be what Jesus says, “this sinner, returned home justified before God” (Luke 18:14).
Remember, “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart…” (Psalm 51:17) God loves a humble heart.
Now, thank God for His forgiveness. Ask Lord Jesus Christ to give you the Holy Spirit to help you live a godly life.

God bless you.
